Watersound Beach

Watersound Beach Watersound has this great balance between super manicured but also quite a bit of nature and just this symbiotic relationship because they protect the dunes but also create walkways over them so people can go and enjoy the beach. They’ve got an amazing clubhouse with pools that are to die for.  Watersound is a gated community that has cobblestones and lots of areas that are definitely not dirt road style properties. There are walking paths, and amazing architecture but in different styles from cottage to estates.    

Watercolor

Watercolor In Watercolor, the houses, balconies, garages and rooftops, have the same standard. Everything is in very good condition and in a manner that makes it kind of efficient to take care of it while also make it as aesthetically pleasing as possible.   Watercolor has a beach club, which has restaurants, bars and a large swimming pool. A local favorite restaurant is Fish out of Water which offers southern style food, drinks and there's even clothing items in their shop which is more towards the entrance. Fish out of the Water catches their seafood straight from the Gulf so you're getting really fresh food and if you live in the Watercolor area, they will deliver your food to you! In the commercial area there is a great big parking lot so you don't have to worry as much about where to park your car.  

Seaside

Seaside   In this area, everywhere you turn there is a white picket fence, because everyone's got one, but no two neighboring fences can look exactly alike so they just have to be a little bit different. These fences are so cute that they made it on the screen! The Truman Show was shot in Seaside, so you can admire this beach in that movie. You won't be able to get over these super cute houses with white picket fences that are so adorable and add to the whole beach cottage feel. About parking, pretty much anywhere around 30A and all these neighborhoods are going to have very similar parking situations: limited, so if you're just coming to this area to vacation, try to carpool and then rent a golf cart while you're in Seaside or take an Uber so you can be free from having to look for a parking spot. A great option is also to ride a bicycle around so you can enjoy being outside and get a little workout in! 

Seagrove

Seagrove  Seagrove has a more rural kind of feel to it, most roads are not even paved so you’ll see a lot of dirt roads. There is still a lot of construction happening in this area, so it’s less urban than the other neighborhoods in 30A. The houses in Seagrove have big yards that are perfect for families or if you have dogs, so if you have this lifestyle you should consider living in Seagrove. In Seagrove, you're walking distance to the amazing beaches and other close by urban developments. You can have it all, you just really have to know the location and consider what type of amenities you’re looking for! In this area you are going to have a good mix between residential and rental properties. There are multi-million dollar multi-level homes worth millions and there’s a couple of trailers, but that doesn’t mean its a bad area. In this area you’ll spend quite a bit even for a mobile home.  If you love the beach but also like to see some trees, listen to the birds, and hearing the wildlife, Seagrove is a really good area for you.
