Watercolor

In Watercolor, the houses, balconies, garages and rooftops, have the same standard. Everything is in very good condition and in a manner that makes it kind of efficient to take care of it while also make it as aesthetically pleasing as possible.  

Watercolor has a beach club, which has restaurants, bars and a large swimming pool. A local favorite restaurant is Fish out of Water which offers southern style food, drinks and there's even clothing items in their shop which is more towards the entrance.

Fish out of the Water catches their seafood straight from the Gulf so you're getting really fresh food and if you live in the Watercolor area, they will deliver your food to you! In the commercial area there is a great big parking lot so you don't have to worry as much about where to park your car.
