Seagrove 

Seagrove has a more rural kind of feel to it, most roads are not even paved so you’ll see a lot of dirt roads. There is still a lot of construction happening in this area, so it’s less urban than the other neighborhoods in 30A. The houses in Seagrove have big yards that are perfect for families or if you have dogs, so if you have this lifestyle you should consider living in Seagrove.

In Seagrove, you're walking distance to the amazing beaches and other close by urban developments. You can have it all, you just really have to know the location and consider what type of amenities you’re looking for!

In this area you are going to have a good mix between residential and rental properties. There are multi-million dollar multi-level homes worth millions and there’s a couple of trailers, but that doesn’t mean its a bad area. In this area you’ll spend quite a bit even for a mobile home. 

If you love the beach but also like to see some trees, listen to the birds, and hearing the wildlife, Seagrove is a really good area for you.
