Seaside  

In this area, everywhere you turn there is a white picket fence, because everyone's got one, but no two neighboring fences can look exactly alike so they just have to be a little bit different. These fences are so cute that they made it on the screen! The Truman Show was shot in Seaside, so you can admire this beach in that movie. You won't be able to get over these super cute houses with white picket fences that are so adorable and add to the whole beach cottage feel.

About parking, pretty much anywhere around 30A and all these neighborhoods are going to have very similar parking situations: limited, so if you're just coming to this area to vacation, try to carpool and then rent a golf cart while you're in Seaside or take an Uber so you can be free from having to look for a parking spot. A great option is also to ride a bicycle around so you can enjoy being outside and get a little workout in!
