Grayton Beach State Park Grayton Beach State Park is a 22 acre park on 30A situated in the vicinity of three coastal dune lakes: Western Lake, Alligator Lake and Little Redfish Lake, often times Little Redfish Lake will completely connect to the Gulf creating a beautiful shallow area that's wonderful for children or less than savy swimmers to play in and that water is it's like bath water this time of year! It's much warmer than the Gulf and the views around you of the dunes that are kind of built up, they just make you feel like you're in paradise because really, you kind of are! Grayton Beach State Park isn't just for the beach aficionado though, you've also got camping. They have 30 cabins available, picnic tables, grills, water and electricity, and also a couple hiking trails. There's a boat ramp on site, kayak and paddle board rentals, and great facilities to use the restroom to shower off the sand and you can have a picinic with your family at one of the many gazebos available in the area!

This beach has the tallest sand dunes in the area of 30A. These sand dunes protect the mainland from severe weather like tropical storms and hurricanes. The largest private pool is in Seacrest Beach, it’s 12,000 square feet and holds 378,000 gallons of water. In this community you are able to explore on foot or by bike the unmarked nature trails. What embodies the personality of Seacrest, is the new urbanism architecture, while incorporating an environmental focus. They say this beach is the quietest of the 30A, so if you're looking for peaceful beach, this one is the perfect option for you! Rosemary Beach Rosemary Beach is one of the fastest growing towns in the country. The area is filled with rosemary plants, and this is how the area got its name. Rosemary Beach feels like a small town but has the convenience of nearby shopping and access to activities you would expect from a larger area. It’s a popular tourist destination because of it’s upscale shopping and dining. Rosemary Beach was also named Florida’s Best Residential Community for three consecutive years by a panel of judges picking from a field of 30 communities across the state. Inlet Beach This community is known to be as the Old Florida, it has a very beachy and quiet atmosphere. Windy dunes, dramatic neighborhood beach access walkovers, and calm, practically untouched beaches make Inlet Beach a holdout of historic Florida.
