Inlet Beach 

Inlet Beach is the furthest east neighbohood in the area, although it's not really a neighborhood. In this eastern sub area of 30A is where you are going to see a lot fewer hoa restrictions, much smaller communities where you'll see 5 properties to a community pool and a lot more public beach accesses and some huge houses. A lot is being developed in this area and it's very close to the water. Maybe if you're an architect and you want a place that you can be creative, this might be a good option for you. 

Inlet Beach is one of the more unique places along 30A, it is so different from the other neighborhoods like Rosemary Beach or Alys Beach.  You're heading out of you the urban development mindset and going back into just typical neighborhoods, you may or may not know your neighbors. 

This area is a really great option for people that travel a lot or that like their privacy. Of course there is options for food even though Inlet is in the outskirts. Could Inlet Beach be your ideal community to live?
