Dune Allen Beach

Dune Allen Beach is one of the more quiet and simple sub areas of 30A. The majority of the houses are going to be cottage style, but new builds are popping up in this area. You'll also find some dirt roads, paved roads and a lot of construction, but you won't have a lot of nightlife or food options in this area but you do have a view of 30A and also Gulf Place just a short distance away. On the other hand, you'll have a great public beach access close by which is the Dune Allen Regional Beach Access and also the two coastal dune lakes so there's still plenty to do! 

Dune Allen Beach is ideal for somebody who wants to be close to the action without being right in it, you're kind of like in the outskirts a little bit. You'll be close enough to the beach but you are still kind of outside of all the hype so you can reach it when you want to since you are in the 30A area.
